The Mind of CHRIST

“For who has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?” But we have the mind of Christ.

1 Corinthians 2:16

To even think if I can instruct God our Lord is too scary! I wouldn’t even dream of it! Having said that, if God was to share something with me I think I would share my thoughts and opinion on it though. Now, understand this - we have something better, we have the HolySpirit living in us. Can you actually believe the Spirit of Jesus Christ shares with us a connection beyond the neurological level in our mind and spirit?

Quite often conversations are done whilst dining. It is a good place to share each other’s heart and mind. Only if a person shares their thoughts you are able to know about them. Until they share the things, you cannot give your opinion on the matter. This is the same with our Lord God. We have been blessed to have Christ as our Lord who lives in us and shares our mind space!

Then we ought to seek the mind of the Lord everyday and in every decision. Many times what gets in the way is our own thoughts. This is why we need a decluttering or a quietening of our mind when we listen to the mind of Jesus. Amen!
