Blood has Power?

In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace

Ephesians 1:7

What does it mean when the bible talks about redemption?

Redemption stands for deliverance and salvation. God’s free gift of grace (unmerited favour) that was demonstrated to us on the cross of Jesus - making him a sacrifice for us to all who believe in his work and accept him. To everyone who believes in him, Jesus becomes the payment sacrifice for their sins. His blood then delivers us from every payment that is due, therefore no shackle can keep you locked up; every situation of sin and oppression of the enemy breaks off as it has no claim over you.

God’s forgiveness is through faith in the finished work of the cross of Jesus Christ. When he forgives sins, it’s a complete cancellation! He forgets those sins entirely, wipes it off from existence, all of our trespasses, shortcomings and all offences are discarded.

When you delete something from your computer or phone usually the deleted files will go into the recycling bin. But when you click on clear the recycling bin, it warns you that once you confirm the delete option, then there is no turning back, it is forever gone. Well, I have good news for you my friend, God doesn’t recycle or remember your sins once confessed, all it is emptied at once from the bin!

Amen!

MEDITATE/KNOW/IMAGINE CONSTANTLY - By the Blood of Jesus I have deliverance, salvation and cancellation of all my sins.
